Why Pockets?

Pocket: a small pouch, such as attached to a garment; an opening or cavity. Ahh, the pocket. Loved by many, needed by most - on garments anyway, and filled with articles small enough to fit in them. Can we say that they fill a much needed purpose to carry some of the "most important things"?

Young boys have often been known to have remnants of their day exhibited upon emptying their pockets. Buttons, coins, tiny cars, rocks, & bugs. Young girls carry many secrets and mysteries known only to them: a tidbit of candy to nibble on later, a note to share with a special friend, a small comb to tidy the tresses appropriately, a tiny book to read. It may never end .....

Endless stories, timeless tales, from there to here, from here to there; pockets share our lives. The Inside Pocket, a business begun with a purpose for expression. Expression of style of Aprons with Purpose, Personality, and Pockets. Pockets to hold those items needed while working when wearing an apron. Practically and personally. Simple really. Styles for young ones, misses, Mrs. Mr.'s, .... Fun ones, Bar-B-Ques, Cute-S-Ques, Winsome Ones, Holidays, Working Ones, until the it starts again.

We all have pockets. Pockets filled with mints, cough drops, tissues, pencils, pens, note pads, These things help us be prepared, just in case. Just in case I have a cup of coffee on the way and need a mint. Just in case I have a sore throat and might cough and need a cough drop. What if my emotions get carried away and I might cry and need to catch a tear and don’t want anyone to see? Wait --- what about that quote that I might hear and I HAVE to write it down so I will remember it. I CANNOT forget it, it’s IMPORTANT. I’ll NEVER hear it again. These “things” in my pocket are important, that’s why they’re there today.

The Inside Pocket, that's another matter my friend. You see, inside a garment, inside a bottle, even inside a person there is a reality sometimes only known to you. Choices may be made to share, choices may be made to be kept inside. These choices determine many paths. May we choose wisely.

It's not easy, let's see, a little blue -- that color mixed with sunshine yellow makes green which indicates growth --- which can hurt a little, however the harvest can be rich. May the SONshine of His love warm you today.
